Can I create and order more than one item at a time?
Definitely. After completing your first image and adding it to your shopping cart, simply select “Continue Shopping” in the upper right side and continue to let those creative juices flow!
Will you create my flag for me if I send you my photo?
Of course! On the home page, please click the button that says “No time to design?” to send your photo to our design team.
Can I send you a logo and create a flag for my business?
Absolutely! On the home page, please click the button that says “No time to design?” to send your logo to our design team.
Will Yard Gallery Designs show other shoppers my personalized flag or doormat?
Only with your permission. After you begin the ordering process, we will ask you a few order option questions. At this time you will have the opportunity to give or deny permission for us to share your image on our website.

I would like a larger or smaller flag than what I see you have available. Any chance you can help me out?

Is there an image on both sides of the flag?
Yes, there is an image on both sides. All of our flags are premium quality outdoor fabric and printed on both sides! We offer two fabric choices and you will be given the opportunity to select your fabric at checkout: Flagtastic Fabric is printed on both sides with vibrant colors. Allows a touch of light to shine through custom fabric. Text is printed backwards on the back of the flag. May see fading after 9 to 12 months of constant sun exposure. This is our most popular fabric choice. Flip-it Fabric is a thicker fabric printed on both sides. Colors are slightly muted due to the light blocking qualities of the flag. This also allows us to print text on both sides of the flag that is readable. Recommended for flags with a lot of text. May see fading after 3 to 6 months of constant sun exposure.
Is the doormat tray included with the purchase of a custom doormat?
The doormat scroll tray, while the perfect complement to our customizable doormats, is not included with your purchase. You must add this accessory item separately to your cart.
Are garden flag stands or window hangers included with the purchase of a custom flag?
Garden flag stands and window hangers are the perfect way to show off your customized masterpiece! These accessory items are not included with the purchase of a flag and must be added separately to your cart.
Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order?
We love being able to ship customers their custom creations as fast as possible. In order to keep the turnaround for custom orders fast, we are not able to cancel or alter an order that has already been placed. We encourage you to double check your order and contact us regarding any questions before you submit your order.
Can I place an order to be shipped to someone else?
When you are ordering your item, you can simply specify a different shipping address than billing address. After entering your billing details, you will notice 3 check boxes at the bottom of the page. Check the box that says “SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS” which will then give additional spaces to enter the different shipping address.
How long will it take to get my customized creation after I design and order it?
Your order will ship within 7-10 business days from the day your order is placed!
Returns and Exchanges
The item I ordered has a design flaw or defect that does not match up with what I ordered. What can I do?
Please email us at [email protected] so we can work on a solution to the problem.
I decided I don’t like the item I created and approved. Can I return it?
Unfortunately no. Items you receive that are free from defects and made as ordered and as described on our website are not returnable.
How to Create
How do I add an image to my custom flag or doormat?
Adding an image is so easy! Once you have selected your flag, you will see the option “Add Photos” on the left side of your screen. Simply click on that and then click on “+My Photos.”
How do I put my own text on a custom flag or doormat?
When you pull up your flag or doormat of choice, we have a text example to help you get your creativity flowing. You can simply click on this text to highlight it and type your own text to replace the example.
You can also add text by using the “Add Text button on the left side of your screen.
How do I center my text?
You will use the tool bar that is displayed. Just to the right of the font sizing is the font alignment option. When you click on that there will be several alignment options.
I love the pattern on my doormat or flag, but how do I change the background color from the standard white?
When you are creating a monogram, address or quote doormat or flag, you will find a square in the top left corner that shows the color that is currently selected. If you wish to change that color, simply click on the box and select your new color. You will see the updated color immediately. You cannot change background color on our photo and photo only doormats and flags.
